You can withdraw permission via your device settings. To delete collected location data, contact us—though deletion may impair app functionality and some data may be legally required to retain.

A cookie is a small data file (including a unique identifier) stored on your device. We use cookies to recognize your device, personalize your experience, and serve customized ads (e.g., Google). Third-party advertisers use cookies for remarketing. To opt out, use the Ads Preferences Manager or Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Continuing without opting out means you agree to remarketing data collection.
You can opt-out of AdRoll targeted ads by clicking the blue icon on served ads or clicking here. Re-opt-out is required after cookie deletion or browser upgrades, and on each device/browser you use. AdRoll may still collect data for operational purposes (e.g., fraud prevention) but not for targeting.
You can stop our email marketing via the unsubscribe link in emails, by emailing support@applova.io, or calling 650-242-9992 and requesting opt-out.

We retain archived copies of your Personal Information for legitimate business and legal compliance. We retain anonymized data (e.g., visit logs) without identifiers to improve our Services.
We do not sell, rent, or share Personal Information for others’ marketing. We do not use your customers’ data to market to them or compete with you—unless obtained independently from the customers themselves.
We follow industry-standard information security management, covering people, processes, and technology. We use PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors and do not store cardholder data. No method of Internet transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may transfer Personal Information outside your jurisdiction. We remain responsible for data transferred for processing, ensuring a level of protection comparable to ours, as required by law.
