Since technology and privacy laws are always changing, we may occasionally update this policy. If a significant change is made, we will post a notice on our home page and in the merchant admin. If you continue to use Applova after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

By signing up for any of the products or services offered by Applova (together, the "Services"), or dealing with a merchant using Applova Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and, as applicable, the Applova Terms of Service. This policy is a legally binding agreement between you (and your client, employer or another entity if you act on their behalf) and Applova Inc. and its affiliates. If we add any new features or tools to our Services, they will also be subject to this policy.

Continuing without opting out means you agree to remarketing data collection.

You can opt-out of AdRoll targeted ads by clicking the blue icon on served ads or clicking here. Re-opt-out is required after cookie deletion or browser upgrades, and on each device/browser you use. AdRoll may still collect data for operational purposes (e.g., fraud prevention) but not for targeting.

You can stop our email marketing via the unsubscribe link in emails, by emailing support@applova.io, or calling 650-242-9992 and requesting opt-out.
